PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple and convenient method for producing a polyoxadiazole polymer composite having excellent high-temperature stability, the new polyoxadiazole polymer composite, and a component using the same. PSOLUTION: (a) A filler is functionalized by heating a mixed solution of the filler and polyphosphoric acid solution under a gas atmosphere, (b) a hydrazine A-A monomer and a dicarboxylic acid B-B monomer are mixed with each other in the mixed solution obtained in (a), (c) the mixed solution obtained in (b) is heated under an inert atmosphere, and (d) the polyoxadiazole polymer composite is precipitated in the mixed solution obtained in (c) and neutralized.
