PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for a collision-resistant reinforcing material for a vehicle for easily and quickly predicting the buckling-resistant property of the collision-resistant reinforcing material for a vehicle, and to provide a computer program and a computer-readable storage medium. PSOLUTION: The evaluation method for the collision-resistant reinforcing material includes a step (S4) of: obtaining the analysis position of deformation concentration of the collision-resistant reinforcing material being the object of evaluation for each of a plurality of eigenmode orders by buckling eigenvalue analysis of a finite element method; determining the eigenmode order at which evaluation target position of deformation concentration in the collision-resistant reinforcing material for a vehicle is matched with the analysis position; and evaluating the collision-resistant reinforcing material for a vehicle by using the buckling eigenvalue at the eigenmode order as an evaluation value.
