PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus capable of saving the power of a plurality of display devices without using a dedicated device. PSOLUTION: The information processing apparatus allows a plurality of display devices to be connected thereto, and includes a detection means for detecting from the plurality of display devices the display device where information indicating that it is operated is displayed on its screen, and a power saving control means for shifting the display devices other than the display device detected by the detection means to a power saving mode.
