PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that intellectual property license negotiations require time and effort of both a licenser and a licensee and a heavy burden is imposed on persons conducting small-scale business.;SOLUTION: A server SV for managing license negotiations is installed on a network, and a licenser ready to agree with a license contract registers the right, a license condition, etc., with the server SV. Meanwhile, a licensee requesting the license contrast accesses the server SV through the network and specifies an intellectual property necessary for execution of business of the licensee and inputs a condition of an execution quantity and the like and requests conclusion of the license contract.
