End portions 1a, 3a of the center parts of the first and second coil conductors 1, 3 are mutually connected through a connection layer 4, end portions 2b, 3b on the outside of the spiral are connected to a first terminal 2a and a second terminal 2b of the thin inductors, and a sintered green sheet 5 which is a magnetic substance is arranged in a gap between the first and second coil conductors 1, 3.
