PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling synchronization device which stabilizes frequency with high precision and in a short time.;SOLUTION: The sampling system includes sampling synchronization devices 1, 2 and a data collection server 3. The sampling synchronization device 1 includes a GPS receiver 11, a sampling synchronization circuit 12, a sampling circuit 13, and an analysis circuit 14. The receiver 11 outputs a GPS clock. The sampling circuit 13 incorporates a crystal oscillator, a sampling arithmetic circuit, and a sampling synchronization pulse output unit. The arithmetic circuit calculates the number of pulses of the crystal oscillator included in one pulse of the GPS clock measured in the past, and on the basis of it, outputs each sampling time as the number of pulses of the crystal oscillator. The sampling synchronization pulse output unit counts each sampling time as the number of pulses of the crystal oscillator with the rising point of the GPS clock as a start point, and when the number of pulses is attained, outputs a sampling synchronization pulse.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
