PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a material that makes security of compatibility of two components composed of an aqueous solution of a silicate and a polyisocyanate compatible with control of drain contamination, has excellent foaming hardenability, is safe and has excellent economic efficiency and workability and to provide a construction method.;SOLUTION: The grouting agent composition for soil stabilization comprises an aqueous solution of a silicate (A) and a polyisocyanate compound (B).
