PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comment management server, a data processor, a comment management method, a data processing method, a program and a comment management system, capable of easily inserting a voice comment to contents distributed through a network.;SOLUTION: The comment management server is provided with: a storage part provided with a comment storage area for storing a voice comment on contents transmitted through a communication network from an IP telephone set provided to the outside on the basis of an intrinsic telephone number made to correspond to each content distributed through the network; and a comment recording part for recording the voice comment in the comment storage area corresponding to the contents according to the intrinsic telephone number input to the IP telephone set and the reproduction elapsed time of the comment at the point of time of notifying the voice comment.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
