PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated answering system automatically answering input voice.;SOLUTION: The automated answering system includes: a number storage part configured to store a plurality of identifiers; a message storage part configured to store a text vocabulary and messages of meanings answering the text vocabulary as a pair; a voice processing part configured to acquire an identifier from an input signal, search the number storage part by the identifier to determine whether the identifier is stored, acquire voice from the input signal, acquire the text vocabulary from the voice, search the message storage part using the text vocabulary to acquire the message paired with the text vocabulary, and reproduce the message with voice; a state acquisition part configured to determine the change of motion by a sensor; and a position acquisition part configured to determine a position to acquire address information based on positional information, and update the message storage part by the address information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
