PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for real-time detection of pathogenic microorganisms using a modified flow type SPR biosensor.;SOLUTION: The method for real-time detection of pathogenic microorganisms using the modified flow type SPR biosensor includes (i) a stage of bringing a pathogenic microorganism and an antibody to it into immunoreaction by a batch system; (ii) a stage of selectively separating the pathogenic microorganism bound to the antibody; and (iii) a stage of binding the pathogenic microorganism bound to the antibody onto a tip on the flow type surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor in real time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
