PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction burden of a one's own company system on a money lender accompanying introduction of total amount control of the money lending law.;SOLUTION: This mediation device 10 for a credit information organization is connected to a plurality of operation terminals 12 operated by the money lenders and a server 14 operated by the credit information organization managing credit information of contractors. A file take-in part 22 takes in a money lending contract information file including a plurality of data items related to a money lending contract, inputted through the operation terminal 12. A report file creation part 30 creates a report file comprising the data items required by the server 14 of the credit information organization based on the contract information file. A transmission part 33 transmits the created report file to the server 14. A registration result reception part 36 receives the data item updated or registered in the server 14 according to the report file from the server 14.
