PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a translucent liquid crystal display and a manufacturing method therefor in which corrosion of ITO due to dissolution of Al into a developer is prevented and manufacturing steps can be simplified and to provide a TFT substrate and its manufacturing method.;SOLUTION: Since metal films 15 and 18 raising potential of Al in the developer are formed in upper layers of reflection films 14 and 17, potential of the developer is maintained to be the potential higher than the corrosion potential of ITO even when Al is dissolved, and ITO films (13, 14) are not corroded even when the developer reaches the ITO films 13 and 14 formed on a gate terminal 4 and a source terminal 8.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
