PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic EL element in which an excellent luminous efficiency can be obtained with a low drive voltage and an inorganic EL display capable of performing a high quality full-color display.;SOLUTION: The inorganic EL display is provided with an inorganic EL element having an inorganic EL light-emitting layer pinching a phosphor layer by a dielectric layer and electrodes arranged on the dielectric layer of the inorganic EL light-emitting layer, and a color filter which is pasted on one face of the inorganic EL element. The thickness of the dielectric layer is made in a range 5-50 μm and the specific dielectric constant is made 100 or more. The color filter has a color filter layer formed on a transparent substrate, a black matrix, and a plurality of spacer granule materials. The color filter is adhered to the inorganic EL element through a plurality of pasting granule materials in the outside region of the color filter layer, and a relationship of D≥d+t is satisfied among the average grain size D of the pasting granule material, the thickness t of the color filter layer, and the average grain size d of the spacer granule material.
