PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of an insert product enhanced in the positioning precision of the insert product even if there is irregularity in the outer shape dimension of the insert product and having good productivity, an insert product molding apparatus, an electromagnetic device, a discharge lamp lighting device, a luminaire and a vehicle.;SOLUTION: The insert product molding apparatus is constituted so as to perform a process wherein the insert product is arranged between a pair of holding members 51 and 60 within the cavity 40 formed by mating molds 20 and 30 mutually and the holding member 51 arranged in a freely advancing and retreating manner is elastically exerted on the insert product by an elastomer 53 to hold the insert product between both holding members 51 and 60, a process for restricting the holding member 51 arranged in the freely advancing and retreating manner in a state that the insert product is held to fix the position of the holding member 51 and a process for filling the cavity part 40 with a molten resin in a state that the position of the holding member 51 is fixed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
