PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for preventing wrong mixing of special liquids so that the wrong mixing of different special liquids can be prevented by determining automatically when a first special liquid in a first tank and a second special liquid in a second tank are the same or not without relying on human determination.;SOLUTION: The first special liquid 28 in a big tank 26 is measured with a pair of terminals 34a to measure resistivity with a predetermined area and a predetermined space beforehand and the result is stored in an electronic control means 14 and a pair of terminals 34 to measure resistivity with a predetermined area and a predetermined space is inserted in the second special liquid 32 in a small tank 30 to measure resistivity of the second special liquid 32 and the result is input in the electronic control means 14. The electronic control means 14 determines based on the measured resistivity of the first special liquid 28 stored beforehand and the measured resistivity of the second special liquid 32 if the first special liquid 28 and the second special liquid 32 are the same or not.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
