In the operational method of radio station (Node B) of the radio communication system, radio station (Node B) transmits the information regarding at least two values (PAR1 and PAR2) of transmission parameter for succeeding data transmission of 1st member bureau (UE1) to 1st member bureau (UE1). Radio station (Node B) through radio interface from 1st member bureau (UE1), receives the 1st signal (PS1), detects the scale regarding transmission quality on the basis of this 1st signal (PS1). Continuing, radio station (Node B) transmits 1st information (I1) to 1st member bureau (UE1) for one selection within value (PAR1 and PAR2) of transmission parameter. 1st information (I1) considers the transmission quality of the 1st signal (PS1).
