PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber composition capable of giving an insulating sheet having good thermal conductivity and excellent heat resistance and durability, and to provide an insulating silicone rubber sheet for thermal pressure bonding, which is excellent in heat resistance, which can be used at a temperature as high as 300°C or higher and has excellent durability, and causes no electric short circuit between electrode terminals even when particles dropping from the sheet connect electrode terminals.;SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composition contains the following components (A) to (E): (A) 100 parts by mass of organopolysiloxane having an average polymerization degree of not less than 200 and having two or more alkenyl groups in one molecule; (B) 0.001 to 50 parts by mass of fullerenes; (C) 50 to 800 parts by mass of a heat conductive filler; (D) organohydrogen polysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms directly bonded to a silicon atom, in an amount such that the number of moles of hydrogen atoms directly bonded to silicon atoms is as 0.1 to 10.0 times as the number of moles of alkenyl groups present in the component (A); and (E) a platinum group-based addition reaction catalyst by 0.1 to 1,000 ppm in terms of platinum group elements with respect to the component (A).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
