PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deblocking filter processing method, etc. which effectively reduce block distortion to a decoding signal in image encoding and decoding of a block base using intra prediction.;SOLUTION: A parameter (a correction item for correcting a filtering item, a correction threshold for correcting a filtering threshold) used for adjustment of filter strength in a deblocking filter in the decoding signal is varied according to distance between a reference pixel and a predicted pixel, the filter strength is made stronger as the distance between the pixels is larger, the threshold used for discrimination of whether filter processing is performed is made larger as the distance between the pixels is larger so that the filter processing is easily adapted.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
