PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block box frame consisting of frame plates made of steel plates formed without requiring a tool, screw fastener and bolts in particular, and to provide an assembly block box frame rack consisting of a plurality of the block box frames. PSOLUTION: The frame plate 1 made of the steel plate is obtained by horizontally connecting two surfaces of a wall surface 2 for a right or left side and a wall surface 3 for an upper or lower side consisting of substantially equal vertical and horizontal lengths and forming cylindrical fold-back parts 9 with U-shaped cross sections at upper and lower ends. Two frame plates 1 are folded at a right angle symmetrically to be arranged facing each other. Insertion tongue pieces 11 formed respectively one side edge are inserted to thin holes 17 at the other side edge, and press-in pieces 15 formed at the superposing part piece 14 of the other edge are superposed, pressed-in and engaged to rectangular holes 12 formed at one side edge to be assembled into the block box frame 19 shown in the figure. The plurality of block box frames 19 are assembled up/down and to the right and left and connected using insertion and fitting tools 20 to form the assembly block box frame rack 21.
