PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative determination system for a biomolecule, a quantitative determination method therefor, a system for detecting and sampling cells, a detection-preparative fractionation method therefor, using a fluorescent silica particle capable of varying a characteristic, as a capturing or labeling bead, in a flow cytometry, the fluorescent silica particle used therefor, and a kit combined with the plurality of silica particles.;SOLUTION: The fluorescent silica particle for labeling the target biomolecule has a fluorochrome compound bonded or adsorbed chemically with a silica component, has 300 nm or more of average particle size, and is used as a discoloration-resistant labeling bead in the flow cytometry. The fluorescent silica particle for labeling the target cell has a fluorochrome compound bonded or adsorbed chemically with a silica component, has 10-100 nm of average particle size, and is used as a discoloration-resistant labeling bead in the flow cytometry.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
