PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarming state releasing system and an alarming state releasing method which efficiently transmit the results of inspection/repair to an alarming state by a debit terminal machine as releasing notice and accurately and quickly release the alarming state by the debit terminal machine.;SOLUTION: An information processing center 600 is provided with an alarming state reporting/releasing device 500 which automatically releases an alarming state of a debit terminal machine 300 in case that specific information included in inspection/repair request notification transmitted to a maintenance personnel from the information processing center 600 accords with specific information included in the inspection/repair request notification returned from the maintenance personnel when he or she reports the releasing, when the request for inspection/repair by the debit terminal machine 300, which is in the alarming state, is notified to the maintenance personnel of a maintenance company A.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
