PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more homogeneously knead dredged mud and a solidifying material in a slow down cyclone for injecting the solidifying material in a pressure feed pipe for feeding dredged mud by air pressure to feed dredged mud and the solidifying material under air pressure to discharge them to a landfill site.;SOLUTION: In the slow down cyclone, an extension part 5, wherein the wall of a body part 2 is extended to a feed-in port 3 in the tangential direction coming into contact with the circumference of the body part 2, is formed to the area from a point, which advances on the circumference of the body part by 3/4 (270°) from the starting point which is the end of the tangential feed-in port to the body part 2, to the point before 30° (240°) of the advance point, and either one of a mode (1), such that the angle of the feed-in port is turned upwardly, a mode (2), such that a guide plate 6 for forcibly guiding a plug to the position of the feed-in port is provided in the body part 2, and a mode (3), such that the body part 2 above the position of the feed-in port is formed in an upwardly opened shape, is taken so that the plug discharged in the body part 2 from the feed-in port 3 returns to the position of the feed-in port 3 through the extension part 5.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
