PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for the vitrifying preservation of swine molurae and blastocysts enfolded by an entirely transparent form without direct contact with liquid nitrogen and by a simple means.;SOLUTION: A vitrifying preservation instrument for embryoes comprises an embryo adhesive holder and a cylindrical cartridge for containing the embryo adhesive holder. In this instrument, the embryo adhesive holder to be used is characterized in being a metallic cylindrical member with an opening formed by cutting the upper face close to the tip.
