PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly control packet communication that a communication terminal performs.;SOLUTION: A communication control apparatus includes: a communication control means 11, having a communication control condition 12 for controlling communication that an application 2 operating on a communication terminal 1 performs, for controlling the communication on the basis of the communication control condition 12; a communication control management means 13, having communication control management information 14 indicating a corresponding relationship between the application 2 and the communication control means 11, for managing correspondence between the application 2 and the communication control means 11, that controls the communication of the application, on the basis of the communication control management information 14; and a control condition management means 50, holding a group of individual communication control condition parameters in the application, for determining validity of a parameter of the communication control condition to be applied to the application and notifying the communication control means 11 about results of the determination.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
