PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine having an inhibitory activity against a hematopoietic organ type prostaglandin D2 synthase and useful for the treatment of an allergic disease, etc.;SOLUTION: This medicine having an inhibitory activity against the hematopoietic organ type prostaglandin D2 synthase contains a compound expressed by formula [wherein, X is a single bond or a bonding group selected from a 1-6C alkylene, a 2-6C alkenylene and a 1-6C alkylene-amino-alkylene; R¹ is a 6-10C aryl; R² is H, a 1-6C alkyl or a 6-10C aryl; R³ is an acyl or a 4 to 10-membered cyclic group (except that the R³ is tetrazolyl group when R⁴, R⁵ are each H); and R⁴, R⁵ are each H or a 1-4C alkylene by joining R⁴ with R⁵] as an active ingredient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
