PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tunnel assembling device usable for both for constructing a lining part and an inside structure of the tunnel inside. PSOLUTION: This tunnel assembling device 13 is provided for arranging a segment 12 arranged as the lining part 11 on the inside of an excavation surface excavated by a tunnel excavator 10 and precast members 21a and 21b arranged as a floor slab part 21 on the inside of the lining part 11, in a predetermined position. This assembling device 13 has a gripping part 14 for gripping the segment 12, an axial directional moving part 15 for moving the gripping part 14 in the tunnel axis direction, a radial directional expanding part 16 for moving the gripping part 14 in the direction orthogonal to the tunnel axis, a revolving part 17 for revolving the gripping part 14 around a shaft parallel to the tunnel axis, a laterally moving part 18 for moving the gripping part 14 in the width direction of a tunnel, and a vertically moving part 19 for moving the gripping part 14 in the vertical direction of the tunnel.
