PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition improved in drying efficiency of droplet, a pattern forming method using the ink composition, and a droplet discharge apparatus.;SOLUTION: The ink composition including a conductive fine particle 15A, a dispersant 15B, and a burning material 15C which starts burning reaction by receiving light is discharged onto a substrate S as a droplet D to form a liquid pattern 15P on a discharge surface Sa. Infrared laser B is emitted toward the liquid pattern 15P to cause the burning reaction of an infrared absorbing pigment CM contained in the burning material 15C with oxygen gas CG to be initiated, whereby the liquid pattern 15P is dried to form a conductive pattern.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
