PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To construct a wall structure having a permanent anchor installed in the ground without using a temporary anchor. PSOLUTION: A soldier pile 10 is installed, and then an anchor fixing member 12 composed of reinforced concrete is constructed on the soldier pile 10. A slant type permanent anchor 14 is installed and tensed with excavating the ground inside the solder pile 10, and fixed to the anchor fixing member 12. The processes are repeated. After the installation work of the permanent anchor 14 is completed, concrete for the wall structure 16 is placed and integrated with the anchor fixing member 12. In another embodiment, the anchor fixing member is made of steel, and is embedded in concrete for integration.
