Repair method of the structure and salt damage for repair material

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repairing material for controlling salt damage which is economical, excellent in applicability and sufficiently effective in controlling salt damage, even by using a small amount of chloride ion adsorbent.;SOLUTION: The repairing material for controlling salt damage contains 1-9 pts.wt. chloride ion adsorbent comprising calcium-aluminum mixed hydroxide etc. against 100 pts.wt. cement. The repairing material may further contain 1-10 wt.% zeolite mineral as an alkali ion adsorbent. Portland cement, mixed cement or super-hardening cement is used as a binding material, and a cement expanding material, a resin organic fiber, an inorganic fiber, etc. may be added as additives. Concrete which has been subjected to salt damage is chipped until its reinforcement part is exposed, an anticorrosive paste is subsequently applied to the reinforcement, and the repairing material is filled through a spraying or pouring method.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
