PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair device which reduces the labors of a carer nursing a bed-ridden person or a person having a handicap to lower half body.;SOLUTION: This wheelchair device is composed of a wheelchair body 1 having traveling wheels 6, a backrest 5, parallel guide rails 14 and 14 provided on the upper surface of a seat 4 in the transversal direction, and extension guide rails 15 and 15 which are hung down from the end sections of the rails 14 and 14 in a state where the rails 15 and 15 can be connected horizontally to the end sections, and a mobile seat 21 which has such a length capable of sleeping there on, is nearly equally divided into three parts of one erectable end section 23, a horizontally maintainable intermediate section 25, and the other end section 24 which can be drooped freely, and is provided with casters 20 which can travel adaptively to the guide rails 14 and extension guide rails 15 on the lower surface of the intermediate section 25.
