PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To satisfy semiconductive properties for the internal semiconductive layer of a power cable by mixing an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer, one or more kind of an ethylene acrylate copolymer, a straight chain ethylene-α- olefin copolymer, organopolysiloxane, carbon black and an organic peroxide. ;SOLUTION: This adhesive semiconductive resin composition consists of (A) a copolymer having a prescribed monomer content and MFR, (B) a straight chain ethylene-α-olefin copolymer having MRF: 0.1-30.0/10 minutes and density of 0.870-0.944 g/cm3, (C) organopolysiloxane expressed by the figure, where R2 is an aliphatic unsaturated hydrocarbon radical, R' is a monoatomic hydrocarbon radical containing no aliphatic unsaturated radical, 0≤x1, 0.5y3, 1x+y3, 0a≤1 and 0.5≤b≤3, (D) carbon black and (E) an organic peroxide. Weight parts for these components are 100 for component (A), 55-200 for component (B), 1.0-5.0 for component (C), 10-350 for component (D) and 0-2.0 for component (E).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
