PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive semiconductive water-crosslinkable resin composition having excellent heat-resistance, adhesivity and extrusion moldability at high temperature and useful for the inner semiconductive layer of a water-crosslinked polyethylene- insulated power cable and provide a water-crosslinked polyethylene-insulated power cable produced by using the resin composition.;SOLUTION: The water-crosslinked polyethylene-insulated power cable has an inner semiconductive layer, a water-crosslinked polyethylene insulation layer, an outer semiconductive layer and a jacket layer on a conductor from the inner part outward in the order. The inner semiconductive layer is composed of an adhesive semiconductive water-crosslinkable resin composition composed of (a) one or more polymers selected from a specific ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer and ethylene-butyl acrylate copolymer, (b) a specific organopolysiloxane, (c) carbon black, (d) an unsaturated alkoxysilane, (e) an organic peroxide and (f) a specific amount of a silanol condensation catalyst. A water-crosslinked polyethylene-insulated power cable is produced by using the resin composition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
