Inversion formula unloading method and reverse expression unloader

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve work efficiency, and achieve compactness to eliminate need of a large space in a reversal type unloader for reversing a tray T carried in an upward and horizontal state onto a reversal element to reverse with the reversal element, discharging a retort pouch in the tray out of the tray, feeding it out of the reversal element, and reversing the empty tray again with the reversal element to be carried out.;SOLUTION: The reversal element 1 is rotated by 180 deg each time around a reversal axis 2, with tray carrying-in positions A and B set on both sides. On the reversal element, a chain conveyor 5 for carrying in/out the tray, and tray moving members 6 and 7 for supporting a lower surface of the tray, and moving it outward are installed. On the outer side of the reversal element, belt conveyors 3 and 4 and stoppers 12 and 13 are installed. Separately from the reversal element, a tray lifting member 52 is installed. When the reversal element is reversed, the tray moving members pushes the tray to the stopper, and the belt conveyor presses the retort pouch in the tray.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
