PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book processing apparatus which effectively prompts a user to read an electronic book like an advertisement.;SOLUTION: The electronic book processing apparatus includes; an internal storage part 104 for storing electronic book data representing a document; a display part 109 for displaying at least a part of electronic book data; a confirmation part 108 for controlling the display part 109 so as to display a first part representing an advertisement, of the document represented by electronic book data; a continuation signal reception part 103 for receiving a continuation signal; and a control part 107 for controlling the display part 109 so as to display a second part other than the first part of the document represented by electronic book data, in response to signal reception of the continuation signal reception part 103 and display of the first part.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
