PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a tape-type patch which is the one composed of a support and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the back of the support, wherein it is resistant to peeling even upon the motion in the area of application and does not interfere with the motion because of its high pressure-sensitive adhesiveness between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the surface of the support and of its stretchability and is sanitary because of no pressure-sensitive adhesiveness on the surface of the support.;SOLUTION: The tape-type patch is the one composed of the support and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on the back of the support, wherein the surface roughness on the surface of the support is 2.0 μm or smaller as measured with a KES surface tester, the support is based on latently crimpable fibers and is entirely composed of a nonwoven fabric in which the latently crimpable fibers are crimped and entangled.
