PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel method for regulating the growth of a plant for improving the plant and a crop to obtain better plant and better condition of agricultural work by applying an effective and nontoxic quantity of a compound for regulating the growth of the plant to the plant, to the seed from which the plant grows, or to the place where it grows.;SOLUTION: In this method, 5-amino-3-cyano-1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-4-trifluoromethylsulfinyl pyrazole is applied to the crop or the seed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
