PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a mobile phone that can generate an announcement for automatic answering and register it to an automatic answering center in response to an indication to power off the mobile phone when the mobile phone is powered off for the reason of attendance at a conference etc.;SOLUTION: The mobile phone is operated to disable its termination, for example, when the mobile phone is powered off, and a generating function for the announcement for automatic answering operates. The generating function reads schedule data of a specified date and time out of a schedule managing means that the mobile phone has. Data of disclosure time, end time, etc., for a schedule are extracted from the read-out schedule data and an announcement sentence for automatic answering is generated. The generated announcement sentence is speech-synthesized to generate an announcement, which is registered to the automatic answering center.
