PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device, a method, and a program for character data correction that enable a small number of operators with a high speed to correct an error-included character string included in character data by saving the labor of operation for selecting the character string to be corrected and operation for correcting the selected character string when the error-including character strings are corrected.;SOLUTION: The character data correcting device 1 selects the character strings to be corrected from the inputted character data with an operator's voice and corrects them.
