PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust core with low iron loss and high endurance, powder used for it, and a manufacturing method of the dust core.;SOLUTION: The dust core is provided with magnetic powder the surface of which is covered with the insulating film constituted by the polycondensation of the organo-alkoxysilane partial hydrolysis object or/and the precursor, and the dehydration or/and the polycondensation object of alkali silicic acid system glass which bind mutually the magnetic powder.
