PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a analytical method and an analyzer using an ultrasonic thermography for inspecting a large component or a wide area.;SOLUTION: This carriageable thermal image analyzer 10 for analyzing a sample includes a frame 12 attached detachably to the sample by vacuum and suction cups 18a, 18b, 18c, 18d.
