The device which folds up the balloon when contracting the balloon of the balloon & the catheter, includes with the fingery piece where the plural which is attached on the band and that band is long. This band, from the central part and this part includes with the superposition part of the pair which is expanded to the respective end of the band. The band being folded up, becomes the annular body, is connected mutually putting the superposition part in a parallel state, by soldering, welding or gluing. The annular body, making the fingery piece identical axis direction expand in fact on the balloon, is installed in the catheter & the tube of the balloon & the catheter. When using, with the non stress form which the balloon contracted and the stress load form to which the balloon expands, the fingery piece moves. With stress load form, the fingery piece is done, the pushing overpowering the balloon, in order to reconstruct to non stress form, opposing to stress load form, energization.
