PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and efficiently transmit accident information on a power system in an understandable form. PSOLUTION: The accident information transmitter transmits the accident information for indicating an accident occurring in the power system to a terminal. The transmitter is provided with a receiver for receiving power system facility information outputted from a managing controller for managing the state of the power system, an accident information generator for generating the accident information recognized by the terminal based on the power system facility information if the accident occurs in the power system, an electronic mail generator for generating an electronic mail having the accident information, and a transmitter for transmitting the electronic mail to the terminal through an information communication network.
