PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent obstacle removing device and facility from becoming a large scale by performing the whole jacking construction with excellent workability without having adverse influence on jacking of a shield machine by original ground excavation by surely and efficiently removing an obstacle.;SOLUTION: This pipe jacking method jacks the shield machine 10 and a buried pipe 20 in the ground E from a starting shaft, and removes the obstacle B existing in a jacking passage, and includes a process (a) of jacking the shield machine 10 while excavating the ground E by a rotary excavating disk 30 on the tip of the shield machine 10, a process (b) of cutting only a part of the obstacle B by a rotary cutter 40 rotating separately from the rotary excavating disk 30 on the center line of the rotary excavating disk 30 to the obstacle B existing in a position of passing the center of the rotary excavating disk 30, and a process (c) of crushing the outside of a part cut by a rotary crusher 40 among the obstacle B by rotating the rotary excavating disk 30 by simultaneously performing with the process (a) after the process (b).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
