PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authenticity-discriminating sheet, and a method, a device and a system for discriminating authenticity, capable of discriminating authenticity by using a network. SOLUTION: The authenticity-discriminating sheet is provided with individual information and NC information having no correlation with it, and a corresponding list, in which correspondence to the information is recorded from the sheet, is used for discriminating authenticity. Since the list is kept and controlled at the authenticity-discriminating sheet control center of the authenticity- discriminating device or the authenticity-discriminating system, it is difficult to counterfeit an authenticity-discriminating sheet which satisfies such relations, and an authenticity-discriminating sheet of high safety can be provided.
