PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underground outer wall of a structure, facilitating the integration of a continuous wall with an outer wall and offering high proof stress. SOLUTION: The underground outer wall 1 of the structure comprises core materials 4 on the side of a natural ground 2a integrated with the outer wall 3 of the structure, the core materials 4 having front ends located on the continuous wall 2 at boundaries therebetween, and rolled steel connectors 6 provided at the front ends thereof and embedded in the outer wall 3.
