PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cement wall which can be inexpensively constructed in a short period of time and which can bear a vertical load by serving as a part of a foundation structure, and a core material for use in the soil cement wall.;SOLUTION: A part of the soil cement wall 10 is equipped with a wall pile section 20, the lower end of which reaches a bearing stratum 3, and in which soil cement in the bearing stratum is composed of high-strength soil cement 16. The core material is embedded in the wall pile section 20. The core material comprises a plurality of horizontally juxtaposed steel-framed members, the vertically elongated surfaces of which are provided with protrusions, and a horizontally elongated steel material for connecting the steel-framed members together on both the sides of a wall surface.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
