This method, in order to obtain pure EPO, differential sinkage and the hydrophobic interaction chromatography, process of various concentration and diafiltration, includes the anion and the cation exchange chromatography, and the molecular steric exclusion chromatography which the column are done. This method does not include high performance liquid chromatography process. In addition this method, following to long-cherished desire procedure, it includes EPO which is obtained.
