PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To calculate similarity between ontologies while reducing a calculation amount, and to appropriately extract an ontology rich in amount of knowledge suitable for personal tastes. PSOLUTION: A server 5 stores a template ontology 6 as the template of a personal ontology acquired by conceptually hierarchizing personal taste information, and a personal ontology extraction means 5c extracts a direct offspring class and instance from the route class of the template ontology 6 to the class or instance as a personal ontology, and a similarity measurement means 5d measures the similarity of an inter-personal ontology topology or class based on the decision result of whether or not class ID or instance ID assigned from the template ontology 6 is stored in the personal ontology.
