PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ontology generation device, a method and a program capable of generating knowledge structure data defining the system of meta data which can be commonly used for a plurality of content.SOLUTION: A management server 1 includes: an entry word extraction part 12 for extracting the hierarchical information of entry words from a plurality of document information in a designated field; a word extraction part 13 for extracting words associated with the entry words from the document information; and a structuring part 14 for integrating the entry words on the basis of a degree of similarity of the words, and for generating knowledge structure data including the hierarchical information of the integrated entry words.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
