PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient pallet for stepwise stacking works (ceramic green sheets, green sheet laminate press bonding materials, printed circuit boards or the like) without necessity of using a special purpose unit (e.g., a suction plate to be introduced into or retracted from above an indexing table and reversed) or artificially reversing the work one by one in the case of reversing the work.;SOLUTION: Recesses (annular recesses) 4 are formed at one of upper and lower ends of edge frames 1 of pallet elements 2 formed by providing work mounting surfaces 11 at halfway height sites of the frames 1, and protrusions (annular protrusions) 3 are formed at the other. Necessary pallet elements 2 of a necessary number are stackably constituted by detachable and attachable engagements of the recesses 4 with the protrusions 3. In this case, the frames 1 are formed slightly larger than the works W in a planely seen shape so as to allow movements of the works W in a vertical direction in spaces 5 between the pallet elements in the case of reversing in a stacked state.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
